This means that the dates of your reservation have not yet been chosen and you can choose them, respecting the conditions indicated in your Gift Voucher and respecting the conditions of Aldea del Valle described in this document.

Before your reservation is confirmed, availability for the chosen dates must be checked. Once your stay is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your reservation number and all its details. From that moment on, the general policies and terms of Aldea del Valle apply.

You can redeem your Gift Voucher (within its validity period) by responding to reservas@aldeadelvalle.cl from the email in which you received your Gift Voucher and indicating your full name, RUN or Passport, contact telephone number, email address and commune of home.

Once we verify the validity of your Gift Voucher you will receive a response from the official Aldea del Valle reservation email. You will choose whether to keep the date, number of nights, villa and number of people or make modifications respecting the policies, terms and conditions of Aldea del Valle.
